Capital Markets
VHS provides specialized Capital Markets investment banking services to health care growth companies. We typically work with companies seeking between $5 million to $200 million in equity, sub-debt, and/or senior debt.

VHS has a dedicated group of Capital Markets investment and business operations professionals focused on raising growth and acquisition capital privately or publicly for growth companies and providing the following services:

  • Coordinates and manages all phases of the capital placement process

Each member of our Capital Markets team has extensive personal relationships with a wide variety of institutional investors. Our firm maintains a proprietary database of traditional, non-traditional, and strategic investors in health care venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, mezzanine capital, and senior debt.

We believe that early identification of emerging industry and technical trends; together with focused industry knowledge enhances the effectiveness of our professionals' strategic and valuation advice. We typically advise on transactions between $5 million to $500 million in transaction value.
